What We Do

We operate the retail businesses and carry the infrastructure behind them, from the supplier relationship all the way to the customer's door.

Brand partnerships and authorized retail

We hold authorized retailer relationships with manufacturers and their Canadian distributors. That status is the foundation of everything else: it is what lets our brands sell genuine product with valid warranty, publish accurate specifications and call on real manufacturer support when a customer needs it.

Across the group our companies represent names including Miele, Samsung, Zwilling, Henckels, Cuisinart, Staub, Miyabi, Demeyere, Conair, Lindt, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Cadbury, Mars, Hershey's and Nestlé.

Sourcing and import

Supplier identification, qualification and ongoing commercial management, with import, customs and compliance handled at group level. Chocora is actively expanding its supplier relationships across Europe and other international markets.

E-commerce operations

Storefronts, catalogue data, merchandising, pricing and performance marketing, run on shared platforms with shared analytics. Each brand keeps its own identity and its own customer relationship; the machinery underneath is common.

Fulfilment and delivery

Inbound freight, warehousing and Canada-wide delivery, coordinated so each brand can promise timelines it can actually meet. Where the product requires it, that includes temperature-controlled shipping and heat-safe protective packaging.

Wholesale, bulk and corporate supply

Beyond direct-to-consumer retail, the group supplies businesses: tiered volume pricing, dedicated account support and bulk fulfilment. Chocora runs an established wholesale and corporate gifting programme, and the same capability supports the group's other lines.

Customer service

Real people, reachable by phone, email and WhatsApp, handling pre-purchase questions, order issues and after-sales support. We treat this as part of the product rather than a cost to be minimised.

Building the group

We are actively evaluating further brands and categories where the same operating model applies: a strong international brand, a Canadian market that is under-served, and a route to that market that we can run properly.
