Who we are
Sangarius Canada Inc. is a privately held Canadian company based in Scarborough, Ontario. We build and operate consumer retail businesses that bring internationally recognised brands to the Canadian market.
Today the group operates two companies. The Home Appliances is an authorized retailer of premium home, kitchen and personal care appliances. Chocora is a retailer and wholesale supplier of internationally recognised chocolate and confectionery. A third business is in discussion and will join the group when those conversations conclude.

To be the partner international brands choose when they want to be sold properly in Canada, and the source Canadians trust when they want the genuine article.
Mission
To make premium, authentic products accessible to every Canadian household and business, by holding the supplier relationships, retail operations and delivery infrastructure that each of our brands would otherwise have to build alone.
What we believe
- Authorized channels only. Genuine product, valid warranty, real manufacturer support. Grey market is cheaper for us and worse for the customer, so we do not do it.
- Say what you can deliver. Honest stock positions and honest timelines, including when the answer is no.
- Service is part of the product. A premium appliance with no one to call is not a premium purchase.
- Operate, do not just own. We are involved in how our brands run day to day.
- Build relationships that outlast a season. With suppliers, with brand partners and with the customers who come back.
How the group is structured
Each brand runs as its own business, with its own catalogue, storefront, pricing and customer relationships. The group carries what is common to all of them:
- supplier and brand-partner relationships
- import, warehousing and Canada-wide fulfilment
- e-commerce platforms, catalogue data and analytics
- financial control, compliance and reporting
That structure keeps each brand close to its own market while giving it the operating capability of a much larger company.
