One group, four businesses
Sangarius Canada is structured as a holding company. Each business keeps its own identity, catalogue and customer relationships, while sourcing, supplier relationships, logistics, financial control and digital infrastructure are coordinated at group level.
The four businesses sell in different ways, so we set it out plainly:
- The Home Appliances is retail only, online and in store. An authorized retailer of premium home, kitchen and personal care appliances, representing brands including Miele, Samsung, Zwilling, Cuisinart and Staub.
- Chocora sells both retail and wholesale, bringing internationally recognised chocolate and confectionery to shoppers, businesses and corporate gifting clients.
- Wellness Premium Natural Foods supplies both wholesale and retail, with natural spices and herbal teas.
- Mete Defence Systems does not sell to the public. It supplies military apparel to institutional buyers through formal tender processes, including NATO procurement.
Why the group exists
International brands need a route to the Canadian market that protects how they are sold. Canadian customers need a source they can trust for genuine product, honest delivery times and service that answers. Institutional buyers need a supplier that can meet a specification, a deadline and a paperwork trail.
Sangarius Canada builds the operations, holds the supplier relationships and carries the fulfilment and service infrastructure, so each business in the group can concentrate on its own market.
